Our role as property managers does not stop at only accepting rent on behalf of our clients (the landlord), but extends to acting as the link between the landlord and the tenants, responding to and addressing maintenance issues as well as carrying out background checks on tenants.
Similarly, it also involves choosing appropriate (good) tenant(s) for the client’s property, as well as initiating litigation through our attorneys with tenants and contractors where there is a breach of contractual agreement.
In summary, we manage our client’s properties as if they were our own.
